Daisy is our petite and dainty female pygmy goat. She was raised by a family as a pet and doesn't even mind being led around on a leash. She is curious, fun-loving and athletic. We're hoping she is pregnant and has kids early next year.
Cassie tears it up in the round pen. Here I am lunging Cassie, which is an exercise that teaches a horse to respect and bond with the handler. I can control her movements essentially from the center of the 60-foot circle with no physical contact whatsoever.
When we took Lightning and Cassie on a long ride, our little goats decided to tag along. Toby and Daisy struggled to keep up, but managed to follow the entire way. When we finished, poor Toby was panting from exhaustion.
