The structure is coming together (now we're getting somewhere!). We had to buy a portable generator since we have no electricity yet. The plan is to run the barn on stored wind and solar power only.

All 17 posts are in place for the framwork to be built around it. The "hard" work has been done for the time being. With unusual rain all summer long, the dry concrete at the base of each post hole set nicely. But, the weather also delayed our work.

The 14' corner posts are in place. It took two weeks to dig the 4-foot deep, 12-inch wide holes into rock-hard ground.
