This beauty will be my new equine partner soon. He has great trail and mountain riding experience and is a trusty mount. Incidentally, this gelding is the forth rescued/adopted horse we have at the ranch! I can't wait to bring him home.

Cassie, my first horse of almost 3 years, will belong to a new owner soon. She'll be a fantastic lesson horse at her new nearby home. I will always remember her.

Now that the horses are on a hay-only diet, Cassie is up to her old tricks, trying her best to get all the food for herself. She's our boss mare all right! Our only alternative is to isolate her in one of the pastures.
